Job descriptionCreate and submit invoices based on purchase order requirements. Obtain management approval for project invoices. Manage invoicing across internal and external platforms. Support resolution of billing disputes as needed. Previous experience in invoicing or order administration is a strong asset. Post-secondary education in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is highly regarded. Exceptional attention to detail with strong data entry skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Opportunity to build valuable experience in invoicing, customer service, and project administration. Be part of a collaborative team that values efficiency and customer satisfaction.
