Marketing Communications Coordinator

Position Summary

Are you a creative and detail-oriented individual passionate about design? Join our client's Marketing & Communications team! This role blends graphic design, presentation design, and brand storytelling across print and digital platforms. You’ll be the in-house expert in Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint, supporting visual communication for internal initiatives, corporate presentations, external marketing, sales tools, and social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-impact presentations (PowerPoint) for leadership, sales, and events
• Develop compelling graphics for web, print, social media, and internal communications
• Work within brand guidelines to produce creative assets that elevate messaging
• Support marketing campaigns with digital and print design, including brochures, infographics, banners, and signage
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life visually
• Manage multiple design projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain and evolve a digital asset library (templates, icons, visuals)
• Contribute to video editing, motion graphics, or animation projects (as experience allows)
