Senior UX Designer

Location : Anywhere in Canada (home-based)

It requires us to know their needs very well, and this is where UX Design plays its critical role. As a member of the Open Applications UX team, you will use your knowledge and expertise to drive usability improvements for new and existing digital-twin-based workflows. Your work will support the productivity of infrastructure Project Managers, Engineers, and Architects all over the world. You will contribute to creating delightful experiences between our engineering software (desktop) products and our analytical / review platform (web).

In your role you will :

Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and manage the scope in a fast-paced collaborative environment

Contribute to the user research

Translate user research findings into insights and design improvements

Ensure that designs are consistent with our design system and contribute the designs to the design system

We expect you to have :

A professional portfolio displaying skills, with particular emphasis on problem-solving

Prior exposure to CAD (Computer Aided Design) and engineering analysis and design software

Great command of Figma

Proficiency in rapid and high-fidelity prototyping

Visual design skills and an eye for detail

Fluency in both written and spoken English

Additional points for :

Familiarity with the design guidelines for desktop software

Degree in Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, User Experience, or related field

NN / g Certification

Familiarity with infrastructure field
