The Work You Will Do
The Registered Nurse (RN), under the direction of the immediate supervisor, uses skills of observation, assessment and nursing diagnosis deliver high quality nursing care with compassion, excellence and reliability to clients and their families in their own home or in facility. The RN ensures that their client’s emotional, physical comfort and safety are of their top priority and in accordance with company policies and procedures and Standards of Nursing Practice. RNs participate in ongoing internal and external continuing education activities and provides support and direction to Licensed / Registered Practical Nurses and paraprofessional staff members involved in direct client care visits. The successful candidate will work directly with members of both the English and French communities.
