Job description

Tasks

  • Ensuring that equipment is in optimal operational condition.
  • Performing a preliminary check for the commissioning of systems and equipment.
  • Conducting necessary tests on the test bench, identifying any anomalies that occur.
  • Providing customer support, both domestically and internationally, by installing and maintaining equipment, performing preventive maintenance, etc. (being available to travel according to company needs).
  • Being able to provide training on systems and processes in both English and French.
  • Demonstrating proactive problem-solving, thus offering quality customer service.
  • Performing any other related tasks required by the position.

    • Job requirements

  • DVS in Electromechanics or equivalent.
  • Health and safety card for construction sites.
  • Five years of experience as an electromechanic.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of electricity, instrumentation, and programming.
  • Certificate in equipment connection (an asset).
  • Experience with variable-speed motor controllers – Danfoss (an asset).
  • Familiarity with programmable logic controllers – Phoenix Contact (an asset).
  • Valid passport for international travel.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Driver’s licence.
