Job Description
- Ensure the compliance of the different companies of the group with the Canadian / US legislation regarding income tax and various taxes.
- Prepare the tax returns of the Canadian companies.
- Calculate the annual tax provision of the group companies.
- Planning to optimize any tax benefits and / or credits for the companies and their shareholders.
- Provide support during tax audits by various levels of government.
- Ensure sales tax compliance for the companies.
- Ensure proper accounting of tax related transactions.
- All other related tasks. Qualifications.
