Relevant experience in quality management or continuous improvement processes. Strong knowledge in the production / manufacturing / automation industry. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and concisely. Intermediate level of English proficiency for smooth communication with team members outside of Quebec. Ability to analyze situations thoroughly and propose effective solutions. Natural curiosity and willingness to explore new approaches and technologies. Tasks
- Facilitate the identification and analysis of challenges to develop effective solutions in collaboration with teams.
- Assist teams in evaluating customer feedback to enhance products or services.
- Provide strategic advice to managers and teams to strengthen operational quality.
- Coordinate problem-solving sessions to foster innovation and proactive resolution.
- Aid teams in integrating required standards, specifications, and procedures to ensure compliance and quality.
- Conduct rigorous follow-ups and validate the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions.
- Actively support managers in implementing and maintaining quality management systems.
- Contribute to the establishment and sustainability of the quality system by identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Perform any other related tasks.
