Core Deliverables :

• Running of the automated production line, maintain the flow of product as per production requirements, customer specifications and productivity targets.
• Set up equipment for product runs and changeovers
• Troubleshoot fillers and perform basic corrective machine adjustments.
• Engage well with maintenance about the issues on the filler(s)
• Serve as the Line “Owner”, monitor line production activities against production plan and paperwork and communicate progress within the team on the line.
• Able to supervise the line and dedicate job responsibility to the team involved, that include job rotation and rotate crew to cover break
• Provide training to others to operate different fillers, that include set up of the filler, CIP / COP, changeover, completion of paperwork, etc.
• Ensure proper maintenance, sanitation and Health and Safety protocols are followed by all team members at all times.
• Maintain shift log of production and other data.
• Ensure all QC protocols are in place and complete all required documentation (including daily records) accurately and on time.
• Ensure timely availability of raw materials / packaging required to meet the production plan.
• Carry out timely and effective line handover between shifts, including the completion of proper documentation and accurate briefing on progress / issues.
• Follow GMPs, SOPs, proper maintenance, sanitation and Health and Safety protocols at all times.
• Accurate and timely reporting of all quality issues or concerns.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and general housekeeping.
• Integrate all plant, quality, safety, food safety and security policies and guidelines into all day to day activities on the job.
• All other work as assigned by duly authorized Supervisor or Team Leader.

Staff are to report any food safety or food quality problems or concerns that they become aware of to personnel with authority to initiate action.
