The position is based in Lévis, Québec.

Groupe Stelpro and Innovair Solutions have formed a strategic alliance to strengthen their position in the North American market. This partnership leverages the combined expertise of both teams in electric heating and HVAC, as well as the operational excellence of their 16 manufacturing and distribution sites across 4 countries. Together, they offer a diverse range of thermal comfort and air quality solutions for the residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional markets under 15 renowned brands.
YOUR ROLE
The incumbent will act as an operational and strategic business partner supporting multiple groups and cross-functional teams within Innovair Solutions and Stelpro. They will contribute to achieving strategic objectives with a human-centered approach, serving as a champion of the HR strategy, organizational values, and company culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in and lead the implementation of HR action plans, programs, and projects that support the Group's strategic objectives in a dynamic and evolving context.
- Manage a team of 4 to 5 business partners;
- Guide managers through various initiatives such as strategic planning, team cohesion workshops, organizational design sessions, change management strategies and tactics, leadership development meetings, and psychometric debriefs.
- Support the organization’s transformation during large-scale projects, including HR integration in mergers and acquisitions.
- Act as a business partner in identifying workforce challenges (skill development, succession planning, retention, and engagement), and develop and implement the necessary actions to address operational challenges and foster internal talent development.
- Develop proactive strategies and interventions to help managers and employees drive engagement.
- Advise managers on HR management issues, including interpreting HR policies, labor laws, and other applicable regulations.
- Perform other HR consulting responsibilities requiring expertise as needed.
