Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Life Cycle Engineering Professional with a strong background in database systems and aircraft lifecycle management . This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing a Product Support Database System (PSDS) to centralize and manage critical aircraft data. The system will integrate engineering, operational, maintenance, production, and supply chain information to support fleet performance, predictive maintenance, certification compliance, and fault diagnostics .
The ideal candidate will have expertise in database architecture, data integration, and aviation standards , ensuring the system meets industry regulations, cybersecurity requirements, and scalability needs . This position requires technical leadership , collaboration with cross-functional teams , and the ability to drive innovation in data analytics and digital twin technologies .
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain the PSDS database , ensuring scalability, security, and compliance with aerospace standards.
- Design and implement data structures for aircraft operational logs, maintenance history, supply chain interactions, and engineering updates .
- Collaborate with engineering, IT, quality, and production teams to ensure seamless integration across enterprise systems.
- Establish data governance policies to maintain accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
- Drive initiatives for predictive maintenance, fleet health monitoring, and fault isolation analytics .
- Align system architecture with industry standards (e.g., S1000D, ATA e-Business, ARINC) and cybersecurity best practices .
- Work with external vendors, software developers, and database architects to enhance system capabilities.
- Monitor emerging technologies, AI-driven analytics, and digital twin methodologies to improve aircraft data management.
