Are you passionate about customer service and fluent in both French and English? We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic company located in Montreal East. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be key in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering an outstanding experience!
You have at least one year of experience in the field and are you fluent in both French and English? Then this role is for you!
Position : Permanent
Salary : $21 / hour
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Location : Montreal East
Type : Permanent contract

Responsibilities
Answer inbound and outbound calls in both French and English, providing courteous and professional service
Resolve customer inquiries effectively, providing information about products, services, and solutions
Handle customer requests and complaints, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer database
Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues
Meet performance goals and maintain service quality standards
Qualifications
Bilingual in French and English (both spoken and written) to communicate with clients in Quebec and beyond
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Positive, empathetic, and customer-oriented attitude
Good knowledge of computer tools and software
Team player with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
