Job description5+ years experience in a related role. Proficient in preventative maintenance and reliability centered maintenance. Ability to work hands-on on assigned projects. Welding, pipefitting experience. Leadership and time management skills. Preferable with some ticket designation.
Responsibilities :
- Revitalize and implement preventive maintenance programs for all production equipment and buildings, ensuring optimal functionality and longevity.
- Perform independently and / or as a team member : routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs (emergency or not) on production machinery, including conveyors, packaging equipment, and processing units.general facility maintenance, including building structures, utilities, and grounds.
- Collaborate with external contractors for specialized maintenance and repairs when necessary.
- Work with the management team to allocate resources and plan manpower to meet maintenance demands.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, Health and Safety and industry standards.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and equipment upgrades to enhance efficiency.
- Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization in an efficient and direct manner.
- Working hours and shift length might vary depending on breakdowns and other factors in very short notice (typical of maintenance positions in the food industry)
- Others as per management discretion.
