Job description

Our client, a specialist in microwave measurement systems, is looking for a CNC Mastercam Programmer.

CNC programming to control automated machine tools;
Interpret manufacturing specifications and technical drawings;
Selectf tools, materials and cutting parameters;
Optimize programs to maximize production efficiency;
Simulation and verification of programs before execution;
Troubleshoot and solve problem during machining;
Create work instructions and routings;
Document programs, tool settings and manufacturing procedures.

Requirements :

DEP in CNC programming or equivalent;

3 to 5 years of experience in CNC programming;

Proficient with Mastercam;

Experience with Mastercam CNC programming in a machine shop environment;

Experience in creating CNC programs from Solidworks drawings and models;

Experience with multi-axis CNC programs (3, 4, 5 axes) and CNC lathes;

Able to read and interpret technical drawings and detect errors;

Able to verify conformity of product dimensions to specifications using precision measuring instruments;

Knowledge of most materials such as aluminum, brass and stainless steel.
