Role Description
This is a full-time on-site or hybrid role for a Recruitment Manager located in Woodstock or Fredericton, NB area. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Additionally, the Recruitment Manager will collaborate with office, plant and engineering managers to develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition expertise
- Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of recruitment software and tools
- Ability to develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Human Resources certification or relevant degree is a plus
- Experience in the engineering or manufacturing industry is beneficial
