Volunteer Lethbridge Association is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead and manage the association in alignment with the strategic direction set by the Board of Directors. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day operations, human resources management, program delivery, community relations, financial stewardship, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
Visioning & Leadership :
- Align the association’s vision with strategic goals and committee strategies.
- Provide guidance to the Board of Directors to facilitate informed decision making.
- Act as a resource to the Board on policy and procedural matters.
Operational Planning & Management :
Program & Service Management :

Financial Management & Risk Assessment :
Community Relations & Advocacy :

Working Conditions, Salary & Benefits
The office is located at 324 – 5 Street South, Lethbridge, Alberta in the U of L Dr. Foster James Penny Building. Normal operational hours are weekdays from 8 : 30 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m., flexibility is required for attending scheduled activities or events in the evening and on weekends. Occasional community travel may be required.
Additional Requirements : Police Information Check
Starting Salary : $60,000 - $65,000 per year
