Site Superintendent

Our client is searching for a Site Superintendent to join their team. This role will be responsible for leading and overseeing multiple commercial construction projects. A successful candidate will have a background in carpentry and a passion for commercial construction.

Your success will be defined by your ability to :

• Oversee daily operations on multiple job sites, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve issues and keep projects moving forward
• Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and progress reports
• Manage materials, equipment, and workforce to maximize efficiency
• Provide hands-on guidance as needed
• Travel between job sites is required
