We’re looking for a driven Business Development Associate who’s ready to jump into a dynamic role, working with both warm leads and cold markets to create meaningful, long-lasting business relationships.

- Business Development Associate’s responsibilities : Engage with and nurture warm leads, turning them into long-term business partners by understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
Navigate and develop relationships in untapped cold markets, using strategic thinking and creative approaches to open new opportunities.
Oversee existing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and looking for ways to expand business opportunities.
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure a unified approach to business development efforts.
Track and analyze sales metrics, providing regular updates to leadership on progress and opportunities for improvement.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to continuously refine strategies and improve performance.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
1-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a track record of driving growth is preferred.
A passion for business development, with a track record of success in both warm and cold markets.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different clients and markets.
A strategic thinker who enjoys researching, analyzing, and identifying new business opportunities.
A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to work closely with other departments to achieve success.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to grow and advance within the company.
