Due to our continued growth, we are recruiting a bilingual (English and French) Technical Consultant to deliver implementation services around Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies such as Autodesk Revit and related software. This role will play a key part in supporting our clients to achieve better collaboration, improved workflows, and enhanced project outcomes. Responsibilities :

Provide bilingual consulting services in English and French, delivering exceptional client experiences.
Assist clients in the implementation, customization, and optimization of Revit and other BIM software.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve user adoption and proficiency with BIM technologies.
Work closely with clients to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop project proposals, statements of work, and resource plans.
Act as a technical resource and mentor to clients, supporting their journey toward BIM excellence.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology.

Job Requirements :

Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal).

Hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit and related BIM technologies.

Strong knowledge of architectural, engineering, or construction workflows and processes.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record in consulting, training, or technical support roles.

Ability to travel occasionally within Canada to meet client needs.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Location : This position can be fulfilled remotely from a home office anywhere in Canada or from a nearby SolidCAD office.

Responsabilités :

Fournir des services de conseil bilingues en anglais et en français, offrant des expériences client exceptionnelles.

Aider les clients dans la mise en œuvre, la personnalisation et l'optimisation de Revit et d'autres logiciels BIM.

Dispenser des sessions de formation et des ateliers pour améliorer l'adoption et la maîtrise des technologies BIM par les utilisateurs.

Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les clients pour comprendre les exigences du projet et fournir des solutions sur mesure.

Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour développer des propositions de projet, des déclarations de travail et des plans de ressources.

Agir en tant que ressource technique et mentor pour les clients, soutenant leur parcours vers l'excellence BIM.

Se tenir au courant des tendances de l'industrie et des avancées en matière de technologie BIM.

Exigences du poste :

Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (écrit et oral).

Expérience pratique avec Autodesk Revit et les technologies BIM associées.

Forte connaissance des flux de travail et des processus architecturaux, d'ingénierie ou de construction.

Excellentes compétences en communication, en présentation et en relations interpersonnelles.

Expérience avérée dans des rôles de conseil, de formation ou de support technique.

Capacité à voyager occasionnellement au Canada pour répondre aux besoins des clients.

Diplôme de licence en architecture, en ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe est préféré.
