Ideally, the candidate would work full time, completing some work at an office in downtown Montreal and some work independently. Fully remote is an option for the right candidate. Tasks will include drafting and editing policies, contracts and other communications; reviewing proposed client activities for potential compliance risk; assisting with compliance audits; drafting training materials and meeting minutes; listening to and summarizing educational conference calls; reviewing, editing and formatting spreadsheets of reportable expenses; assisting with legal research and completing other tasks as necessary. Candidates with prior compliance experience and / or deep knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products as well as data analytics tools such as Power BI will be preferred.

Prior experience in the life sciences or legal sectors is preferred. Will prefer candidates that show an interest in a long-term relationship and have an interest in healthcare law, compliance or the life sciences industry.
