Job Description :

As the Automotive Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of the dealership, managing the sales team, and ensuring that our customers receive an outstanding experience. You will work closely with the Owners and other departments to meet sales goals and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Manage daily operations of the sales floor, including scheduling and staffing.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by overseeing the sales process from lead generation to closing.
• Work closely with the finance and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain strong knowledge of vehicle inventory, pricing, promotions, and financing options.
• Collaborate with marketing to design and execute local sales campaigns and events.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
• Purchase and manage used vehicle inventory to drive profitability in the used vehicle department.
