About the Role :
The General Sales Manager must inspire and motivate the sales team, plan strategically, adapt to market changes, communicate effectively, solve problems efficiently, mentor team members, and prioritize customer satisfaction.
Schedule : Full-Time
Compensation : $170,000 - $250,000+

Who you are :
Experience : Minimum of 3 years of recent experience as a Sales Manager role for an OEM Auto Dealership
License : Valid BC Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract.
Certification : Valid VSA license.
Leadership Characteristics : , with an emphasis on the ability to motivate and inspire teams
Tech Skills : MS Office applications, Outlook, VIN Solutions, etc
What your day will look like :
Set Clear Goals : Define short-term and long-term sales targets and team development objectives.
Regular Follow-Ups : Conduct weekly sales meetings, monthly strategy sessions, and quarterly performance reviews.
Daily Operations : Monitor daily activities, provide actionable feedback, and recommend efficiency improvements.
Customer and Team Management : Handle escalated complaints, recruit suitable sales employees, and ensure ongoing training.
Stay Informed : Keep up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate insights into strategies.
