About the Position :
Reporting to the Sr. Director, Marketing & Communications, the Senior Marketing Manager will support Equiton Living, a full-service property management company that oversees Equiton’s portfolio of income-producing multi-family properties across Ontario. This role will administer a mix of direct content creation, website management, social media, advertising, and promotional activities, with the objective of maximizing the performance of the properties and building a strong brand.
Key Functions and Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and analyze marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our properties and drive rentals of available units.
- Support the development of branding, positioning, and community engagement activities for Equiton Living.
- Assist with crisis communications and reputation management.
- Manage the website including property listings, ILS activations, and lead generation.
- Coordinate photography, 3D Tours, virtual staging and other creative assets required to promote properties.
- Develop and implement social media strategy including campaign and content development to drive engagement and awareness.
- Develop all content related to new property acquisitions including website profile, press releases, social media, internal and external communications etc.
- Responsible for developing and executing lease-up marketing plans for all new developments including website development, campaigns, and events to meet leasing objectives.
- Assist with the development, editing, and proofing of various marketing collateral including signage, brochures, floor plans, property datasheets and flyers.
- Ensure all content is consistent with brand standards and industry best practices.
- Supervise, manage and coach one direct report.
