KPMG's Strategy & Operations Advisory Practice helps organizations to develop efficient and effective operations to support strategic business objectives. We are seeking a Senior Manager to strengthen our Wealth and Asset Management practice in the Montreal office.
As a Senior Manager in our Wealth and Asset Management practice, you will have overall responsibility to plan and manage client engagements, lead the day-to-day operation and execution of services as well as contribute to business development activities.
What you will do
- Managing the planning and delivery of multiple client engagements ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of quality work in line with client expectations.
- Taking responsibility for large scale transformation projects across front, middle and back-office functions at Wealth and Asset Managers.
- Providing expertise and knowledge for full spectrum of client-related business activities and projects, while taking accountability for leading client engagements.
- Developing trusted client relationships at the senior leadership level and managing engagement teams of up to 15 practitioners.
- Identifying business development opportunities and contributing to the writing and submission of proposals and bid documents.
- Being known as a trusted advisor within the Wealth and Asset Management and related sectors.
- Strategic influencing skills to effectively persuade and influence peers and executives.
- A deep understanding of the interrelationships between people / organization, business processes and enabling technologies as contributors to business effectiveness.
- Growing your coaching and feedback skills through providing day-to-day guidance and mentoring to your team and supporting our Open Feedback culture.
- Support the development of a practice, leading teams and unlocking value for Wealth and Asset Management clients.
- Active role in developing thought leadership and points of view on key developments of the Wealth and Asset Management industry.
- Working collaboratively with other service lines in Advisory.
