Responsibilities -

• A ssist in answering all incoming calls
• Schedule delivery appointments for delivery / pick up with truck transportation carrier
• Schedule outgoing freight for orders
• Advise customers of order status as required
• Ensure customers are advised within 12 hours of their inventory status if requested
• Maintain inventory of select customer goods
• Data enter customer orders into ACCESS in house system labels need to be printed ensure skids are made or ordered, schedule job order, order has to be approved by management
• When order is complete, prepare roll usage report, packing slips & invoice
• Email documentation to customers
• learn customer systems (2) & use their system to produce documents to ship
• MS Office Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. experience required
• Math skills, work in both metric & imperial
