St.Thomas Aquinas Catholic Schools invites applications for a full-time temporary teaching position at Father Leduc Catholic School in Leduc, Alberta. This position will begin April 7, 2025 and end June 27, 2025. The assignment is : Junior High Grade 7 & 8 Social 7, Social 8, Math 7, Math 8, Religion 7, Phys Ed 7, Electives 7 (Rocketry Q3, Social Justice Q4) Ability to assist in the schools co-curricular and extra-curricular programs would be considered an asset. Possessing a certificate in Catholic Education from St. Joseph's College is an asset. Leduc, a city of 31,000 people, is located 33 kilometers south of Edmonton and is part of the Edmonton Capital Region metropolitan area. Located at the crossroads of air, highway and rail transportation, Leduc is a growing, dynamic city in the heart of Canada’s economic engine. Father Leduc Catholic School is a new Kindergarten to Grade 8 school located in the Southfork neighbourhood of Leduc, currently serving nearly 570 students.
