Marketing Agriculture Lead

This is a permanent, home-based position, ideally based in the Ontario area to support and travel within Eastern Canada. Candidates based east of Ontario will also be considered.
What you will do :
Marketing Strategy and Execution :
Collaborate with local teams to customize to local and direct to user directly, while establishing regional marketing standards for FieldView & NBMsDevelop FieldView & New Business Models (NBMs) Strategy, including Key customer strategiesLead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing campaign planning processes for FieldView & NBMs for the business unitCollaborate with Marketing Campaign & Communication Lead communities to develop and execute demand generation tactics, product launches & customer engagement strategies aligned with local team & business unit goalsDevelop and maintain in-depth product knowledge for all Bayer Digital products Account Management and Strategy :
Support local team and business unit outcomes by leading the development of the digital strategy (FieldView / NBMs) with key accounts, strategic accounts and industry partnersCommunicate business unit digital strategy, develop customer-specific marketing strategy and unique programming to support joint sales and marketing tactics with local teams witih partners.Enable development of customer facing solutions with retail partners and licensing opportunities across FieldView and DFS missions. Collaborate, influence, and drive sourcing strategies from identification to realization Cross-functional Collaboration :
Collaborate with local teams, business unit and marketing peers to communicate and demonstrate the value proposition of FieldView & NBMs, crafting messaging and sales strategies that emphasize the value delivered to all stakeholdersCollaborate with the Digital Integrators (Corn, Soy & Canola / Cereals), Advisors & Businesses Leads to ensure customer needs are met via product & partnership strategyGrow and maintain our partner network by sourcing a strong pipeline of local and regional partnersWho you are :
Strategic-minded that has led regional marketing campaigns OR strong sales experience in the agriculture industry within CanadaStrong influencing skillsAbility to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with proven ability to respond flexibly to changing prioritiesA deep understanding of Canadian farmer's needsBachelor's degree in marketing, business or equivalent professional experienceDemonstrated success in managing brands across various geographic regions within CanadaFoster strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and optimize marketing operations accordinglyStrong analytical abilities for assessing financial data, conducting market research, and performing cost-benefit analysesProficiency in financial modeling for evaluating the potential value of different business initiatives and strategiesA solid understanding of business operations, industry trends, and market dynamics for identifying value creation opportunitiesAbility to travel within Eastern Canada as requiredDriver's License in good standing within the Province you're basedAdditional Skills / Experience Preferred :
10 plus years of industry experience in sales and or marketing along with strong working knowledge of digital agFrench English bilingual is an assetUnderstand digital farming toolsA track record of managing regional marketing campaigns that achieve measurable resultsWhat we offer :
