Are you looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant position? If so, look no further! Our client is in the Non-Profit industry and is in need of a candidate who is tech savvy, and highly experienced in MS Excel and Data Entry to assist with their Administrative needs! Candidates who are flexible, and passionate about growing their careers might find this Administrative Assistant job is just what they're looking for. The successful incumbent will work 24 - 32 hours per week, in shifts that are either 6 : 30 a.m. - 2 : 30 p.m., 2 : 30 p.m. - 8 : 30 p.m., 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. and 8 a.m. - 4 p.m., including working some weekends. This is a short-term contract / temporary opportunity in the Oshawa, Ontario area, so Administrative Assistant candidates looking for that kind of arrangement are encourage to apply.

Your responsibilities in this role

  • Complete word processing, filing, and faxing
  • Perform data entry in an Excel spreadsheet
  • Receive and direct visitors
  • Field telephone calls
  • Back various projects for other employees

Job Requirements :

  • At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience with Data Entry
  • Flexibility to work all required shift hours that can be from 6 : 30 a.m. - 8 : 30 p.m.
  • Internet research skills
  • Strong communication and social skills
  • Competent computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
  • Receptionist Duties experience
  • Proficiency in Computer Data Entry
  • Expertise in Part-Time Receptionist
  • Foundational knowledge in Perform Data Entry
