Are you passionate about working with people and technology? We are hiring immediately for a Senior Online Order Pick-up Specialist, which we call a Senior Fulfillment Specialist at Best Buy. In this role, you will provide a quick and easy online order pick-up experience. We will equip you with the skills and knowledge to confidently assist our customers.

What you’ll do :

Prepare and package online orders

Assist with leading and training team members

Help customers retrieve their products and respond to their questions

Create an amazing customer experience

1 to 2 years’ experience in retail
