L'Assistant(e)-Gérant(e) du département de l'épicerie a le mandat d'assurer la gestion et le bon déroulement des activités de son département. Il s'assure également de servir et conseiller la clientèle ainsi que la gestion du personnel en l'absence du gérant.
Sommaire des responsabilités :
- Assurer un service à la clientèle exceptionnel;
- En collaboration avec le gérant d'épicerie, effectuer les différentes activités de gestion du département;
- Définir les objectifs et communiquer clairement ses attentes à son équipe de travail;
- En collaboration avec le gérant d'épicerie, assurer la gestion des achats, des inventaires, des listes de prix, de la mise en marché;
- Appliquer les politiques et procédures, respecter les normes d'hygiène gouvernementales ainsi que les normes de santé et sécurité au travail et faire en sorte qu'elles soient appliquées et respectées de façon uniforme par tous les employés de son département;
- Former, évaluer et motiver les membres de son équipe;
- Créer un climat favorisant la confiance et la communication à l'intérieur de son équipe;
- En collaboration avec le gérant de rayon, gérer la prévention des pertes (gaspillages, vols, pertes d'inventaires, bris);
- Respecter les budgets relatifs au département;
