I'm looking for an accounting clerk for my client, a transportation company. This is a permanent position in Saint-Jean-Sur-Richelieu.Your main tasks will be :  Payables management : Approve, process and follow up supplier invoices andinvoices and statements of account. Receivables management : Prepare and send customer invoices and monitor accountsaccounts at sourance. Financial operations : Prepare deposits, eectuer cash receipts, and process credit card transactions.credit card transactions. Administrative organization : File, photocopy and organize files.organization of files. Reporting : Prepare periodic statements and reports. Accounting support : Assist the person in charge of the accounting department and perform other related tasks as required.What we expect from you :  Autonomy and versatility : Ability to manage several tasks independently.independently Education : An accounting diploma (DEC, DEP) is a major asset, but is notrequired to apply Experience : At least 2 years' experience in accounting Technical skills : Advanced mastery of the Oice suite, in particularExcel. Knowledge of Sage50 is a plus. Language : Bilingualism required (some English-speaking customers and suppliers).
