The fire extinguisher industry has not changed much in over 100 years. Element Fire Extinguishers are shaking up the
industry and inviting people to rethink their fire extinguishers.
We are looking for an innovative account manager to grow our existing customers and acquire new ones to put Element in the hands of more people.
Element is 80% smaller and discharges 5X longer than traditional fire extinguishers. This powerful fire fighting technology tackles all the major classes of fire and puts fire out with no mess! Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Element Account Manager will work with our existing network of Dealers and grow into new segments. We have a presence in automotive, racing and offroad communities, as well as a growing presence in hardware and law enforcement. We are looking for the right person who can develop existing relationships while creating new ones to take us to the next level.
Compensation will be a salary commensurate with experience between $60,000 and $70,000 plus performance incentives when we achieve our goals. It is not unrealistic for the right individual to really make Stelvio Brands a home if you're up for the challenge and ready for some hard work. We are a small group of enthusiastic individuals who are super excited about the massive opportunity this unique product presents!
The Ideal Candidate
- Can spot opportunities to grow business from existing customers.
- Comfortable making at least 10 cold calls a day to bring on new customers.
- Creates lasting and strong relationships
- Self-starter that sees each "No" as an opportunity
- Has CRM experience
- Eager to build and grow their own book of business
- Willing to grow into new categories and can adapt to the market as necessary
- Team player who understands how sales fits into the larger picture
- And you're passionate about making connections with accounts!
Only apply if you are presently living within daily traveling distance to Toronto Canada. This is an in-office position working from our offices in Etobicoke (HWY 409 and Martin Grove with the office moving to Islington and Queensway in April 2025; both with ample parking and accessible by TTC. This full-time in-house position requires daily attendance at our office.
