On behalf of our healthcare client, Affinity Healthcare Solutions is looking for x9 Technical Analysts to help healthcare providers access patient records across health zones and hospitals, automate manual processes, and use data to inform health policy and program design.
Responsibilities :
- Providing remote support for clients and devices in healthcare facilities, including desktop / laptop / mobile software and hardware, printers, scanners, and user access management in Active Directory (AD).
- Triaging, investigating, and resolving IT incidents, including software installation and support.
- Managing Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange account creation and administration.
- Guiding clients on how to request IT services and managing shared folder access.
- Using an IT ticketing system to document steps taken to resolve requests or incidents.
- Communicating effectively with clients to process requests with minimal errors.
- Adhering to Nova Scotia Health safety protocols and submitting time requests to the designated manager.
- Performing other duties within the skillset as assigned by the Team Lead or Manager.
