We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to coordinate and manage scheduling for our operations. The Dispatcher will be responsible for receiving requests, organizing routes, communicating with drivers or service teams, and ensuring efficient service delivery. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask under pressure, and excellent communication abilities.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can make quick decisions, and is proficient in dispatching software and logistics coordination. If you have strong organizational skills and enjoy working in a dynamic setting.
Advantages
Salary - $45,000 - $55,000
5 Days per week (2 days off), Shifts can be as long as 10 hours

Responsibilities
Assign and coordinate drivers, service technicians, or deliveries based on demand and availability.
Use GPS and dispatching software to ensure efficient routing and on time service.
Maintain Logs of service requests, schedules, and completed dispatches
Act as the point contact between customers, drivers, and field personnel to relay instructions and resolve issues.
Quickly respond to last-minute changes delays, or ser
Qualifications
High School Diploma
1-3 years experience in dispatching, logistics, transportation, or customer service.
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in dispatch software, GPS tracking, and Microsoft Office.
