Job Description

Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director, HRMS and People Analytics to lead our HRMS (Human Resource Management System) and People Analytics initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our Workday system, driving data-driven HR strategies, and providing critical organizational reporting on people metrics.

This role is pivotal in transforming HR operations through technology and analytics, ensuring that the organization leverages data to make informed decisions about its workforce.

Key Responsibilities :

HRMS Management :

  • Lead the administration and optimization of Workday, ensuring it meets the organization’s needs.
  • Oversee system configurations, upgrades, and enhancements to maintain system efficiency and functionality.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT and other departments to integrate Workday with other business systems.
  • Manage and oversee the connection of other systems to Workday through feeds and APIs (application programming interfaces), ensuring seamless data integration and accuracy.

People Analytics :

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive people analytics strategy to provide insights into workforce trends and behaviours.
  • Analyze HR data to identify key trends, challenges, and opportunities within the organization.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making.

Organizational Reporting :

  • Design and maintain a suite of HR reports and dashboards to support various stakeholders, including People Managers and the People & Culture team
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all HR reporting and analytics
  • Provide comprehensive reports for the board and executive team, highlighting critical workforce insights and trends.
  • Provide regular and ad hic reports on key HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, L&D investment, workforce capability, ROI on L&D investments.

Strategic Planning :

  • Contribute to the development of strategic HR plans and initiatives using data-driven insights.
  • Support workforce planning and talent management strategies through predictive analytics.
  • Explore the use of AI and other technologies to improve efficiency in processes and overall employee experience at Momentum.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in Workday and people analytics, providing guidance and support to HR and business leaders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HRMS and people analytics, with considerable experience managing Workday.
  • Proven track record of implementing and optimizing HRMS platforms, with a deep understanding of Workday’s functionalities and capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic mindset.

Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with other HR technologies and platforms.
  • Certification in Workday HCM or related modules.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of advanced statistical methods and predictive modeling.
