Qualifications : Minimum Grade 12 education 1-3 years secretarial experience in a school environment Skills Required : High level of competence in secretarial and general office procedures Sound knowledge of MS Office Suite Knowledge of the Student Attendance and Report Card Programs (Edsby) Student Information System (SIS) Programs / PowerSchool is considered an asset Knowledge and experience using KEV accounting and K212 is considered an asset Knowledge of school budget procedures is considered an asset Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience in a school environment would be an asset Rate of Pay : $18.
