Civil and Commercial Litigation Lawyer, multiple openings!
Our business partners, law firms of all sizes, are currently looking for bilingual professionals with relevant experience of approximately 2 to 6 years in civil and commercial litigation to join their teams of experts.
These positions represent an exceptional opportunity for a Litigation Lawyer. On a day-to-day basis, you will carry out challenging assignments in civil, commercial, real estate and corporate litigation.

YOUR ROLE :
- Handle varied and attractive cases in the field of civil and commercial litigation;
- Manage risks and issue legal opinions in relation to issues encountered by clients;
- Plead files, ensure the constitution and management of files, meet with clients and prepare legal requests;
- Participate and contribute to the firm’s influence, development and growth;
- Maintain excellent customer service, both internally and externally.
SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Have obtained a LLB;
- Be a member of the Barreau Québec;
- The ideal candidate has tangible expertise in civil and commercial law for a minimum of two years;
- He has also argued cases on the merits and is able to independently manage a case in dispute;
- He has good business acumen;
- He has a very good level of bilingualism both orally and in writing.
