Who You Are :
We are looking for a Drafting Administrator who will be accountable for performing tasks related to; drawing management, compiling drawing packages, verifying spec requirements, performing data entry and reconciliation for material tracking.

What we're looking for from you - If this describes you, we'd love to meet!
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in a Administrative role
- Completion of High School Diploma required
- Previously worked in a fast paced environment
- Experience working in Excel or Google Sheets required
- Good understanding of piping systems is an asset
- Ability to read, understand line lists and client specs for effective project documentation and communication
- Knowledge of quality control (QC) procedures and requirements
Responsibilities :
- Organize and log internal and external drawings
- Verify NDE, paint, and requirements from client specs
- Compile and print drawing sets for use by shop fabrication teams
- Perform data entry for material inventory tracking
- Reconcile material quantities to identify material shorts
- Print spool tags
- Maintain spreadsheets
