Our Project Managers are the key point of contact for client interactions and are responsible for delivering projects on-time and on-budget with an amazing stakeholder experience.
Our Project Managers lead the integration of both design and construction management, ensuring seamless coordination between these disciplines.
You will be working closely with our Interior Designer team, Engineers and Construction team to help clients design & build awesome workplaces.
About the Deliverables Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with a high level of client satisfaction.
Manage all aspects of project execution, including budget, timeline, procurement, quality, and risk, from planning through to closeout.
Build and nurture client relationships, acting as the main point of contact between the client, team members, and external consultants.
Collaborate with clients, designers, and external partners to align on both design and construction objectives. Assess and process change requests, evaluating impacts on scope, budget, schedule, and quality, while securing necessary approvals.
Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and execute plans to minimize or eliminate these risks.
Maintain clear, consistent communication, and ensure all project decisions and milestones are documented. Oversee coordination of all internal and external vendors, including designers, architects, engineers, and contractors.
Provide mentorship and guidance to colleagues in the Design and Delivery groups. About You Our ideal candidate brings...
10+ years of experience in commercial interiors project management, with a strong background in construction management.
A degree in engineering, design, construction management, or a related field. Proven success in client-facing roles, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to guide and influence stakeholders.
Leadership qualities that inspire trust and confidence among clients, landlords, and team members. A talent for building strong professional relationships that can lead to future business opportunities.
Experience leading design teams throughout all phases of the design process. Familiarity with the major phases of commercial construction and sequencing of site activities.
Expertise in managing project budgets, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project and construction management software such as Wrike, Procore, and MS Office suite. Familiarity with commercial office furniture brands commonly used in fit-outs.
