The role is based remotely with required travel across British Columbia.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Clinician who is an RN, RPN or LPN to support clients and customers across British Columbia.
This role provides clinical direction and training to the customers’ nursing staff as it applies to utilization of incontinence products.
Assists the Sales group in marketing / sales initiatives by maintaining and developing favorable relationships with existing as well as prospective customers’ management team.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Participate in sales calls and clinical state shows in collaboration with Sales Ambassadors on an as needed basis.
- Interact with Sales Ambassador to maintain and grow the business through a process of collaborative and consultative efforts.
- Perform necessary tasks for product trials, implementations and consultative revisits as required to represent First Quality Products in a positive and professional manner.
- Make In-service calls with all shifts in order to consult and coach with the nursing staff, support personnel, administrative and clinical management team members.
- Obtain optimal clinical outcomes through the proper use of selection, application, sizing, utilization and product performance.
Also utilizing product support materials and educational programs.
- Provide recommendations for the ongoing needs of the facility and by recommending additional product use whenever appropriate by communicating with the Sales Ambassador and Distributor regarding appropriate facility inventory needs.
- Implement Continence Coordinator Training programs for individuals as well as groups. Provide educational programs and materials to ensure the success of each program.
- Instruct facility administration and clinical staff regarding new product introductions.
- Schedule facility visits in a timely and cost effective manner compliant with business needs.
- Develop opportunities for additional FQP use in long term care facilities and alternative settings.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and objectives. Must have the ability to interact with all levels of management.
Be flexible, hands-on and results oriented. Also must be a team player.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Must be an RN, RPN or LPN with updated and current licenses and certifications.
- 3-5 years clinical experience preferred.
- Former management / leadership preferred
- Experience in making clinical, medical and administrative staff presentations.
- Ability to interact at the C-Suite level with clinical / operations customer level
- Strong verbal and written communications skills & a French speaker preferred
- Sales experience is a plus & experience with the PHSA also a plus
Physical requirements :
- Extensive travel (carry baggage, computer, etc.)
- Repetitive motion. Such as bending, standing, twisting, stooping and sitting.
- Able periodically to lift up to 25 pounds.
