What you’ll do : Help customers with questions about insurance and specifics of their policies. Process claims and give clients timely information.
Inform clients about our products and make sure they are aware of their choices. Address problems and provide information to improve the clientele's experience.
Work together with colleagues to enhance team performance and service delivery. Qualifications : Good interpersonal abilities and a welcoming, client-centered mindset.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Capacity to flourish in a remote, fast-paced setting. Prior customer service experience is a plus we offer training! Basic computer skills and ease with a range of software programs.
