Requirements
Key Responsibilities :
- Define and communicate the product vision to stakeholders and teams.
- Prioritize product backlog items based on business value and alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with development teams to convert high-level requirements into detailed specifications and user stories.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product functionality.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure effective communication between team members.
- Monitor product performance and user metrics to inform continuous improvement.
- Prepare for and conduct product demonstrations to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Skills :
- A bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role within an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate discussions and negotiate priorities.
- Experience with product lifecycle management and user-centered design principles.
- Ability to handle competing priorities and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Proficiency in product management tools and software for backlog and task management.
- Must possess a valid Level II Secret Security Clearance or be eligible for one. Please do not submit your application if you are not eligible.
To be eligible you must have lived in Canada for 10 years.
Additional Qualifications :
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is required.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make informed product decisions.
