Key Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of 15 people
- Manage store employee's performance through coaching and counseling
- Supervise and train employees to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service
- Ensure that all merchandise is properly stocked and maintained
- Problem solve and provide great customer service
- Managing the day-to-day store operations
Requirements :
- All applicants must be able to work full-time, with a flexible schedule
- Availability to work retail hours, including weekends
- At least 2 to 3 years of retail management experience
- Proven record of excellent customer service with an emphasis on long term customer relationships
- Ability to meet sales targets and KPIs - the most important KPI is customer satisfaction
- Great attention to detail
