Position Overview

We are hiring a Technical Support Specialist to join our friendly team of tech enthusiasts assisting customers to get the best out of their Autodesk products.

Someone to actively engage with Autodesk customers from the Manufacturing community by providing solutions, direction, and general troubleshooting for Inventor Professional.

This is a Hybrid-Remote role based out of the Montreal office.

Responsibilities

Resolve customer issues reported to Autodesk via chat, phone, web, online forums and other channels

Provide prompt and efficient assistance to Autodesk customers on a variety of issues and questions related to product features, usage

Research, verify, and document product issues, solution in short and clear articles for our Knowledge Base, or in our internal case management syste

Priority handling and escalation of important issues and monitoring of service level compliance

Document support interactions in a company-wide case management system

Responsabilités

Résoudre les problèmes des clients signalés à Autodesk par le biais du clavardage, du téléphone, du Web, des forums en ligne et d'autres canaux

Fournir une assistance rapide et efficace aux clients d'Autodesk sur une variété de problèmes et de questions liés aux caractéristiques et à l'utilisation des produits

Rechercher, vérifier et documenter les problèmes liés aux produits, les solutions dans des articles courts et clairs pour notre base de connaissances ou dans notre système interne de gestion des cas

Traiter en priorité et faire remonter les problèmes importants et contrôler le respect des niveaux de service

Documenter les interactions d'assistance dans un système de gestion des cas à l'échelle de l'entreprise

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location.

In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on discretionary annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock or long-term incentive cash grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
