Your Opportunity :
Reporting to the Director of ARC, you will lead project design, scope, scheduling, and execution for multiple projects. You will plan project phases, liaise with management, and develop quality control standards.
Building relationships with stakeholders and conducting data analysis to support decision-making are key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop overall project designs for multiple projects
- Create charters, scopes, and schedules
- Plan and implement project phases
- Liaise with management to set goals and priorities
- Modify project schedules to meet deadlines
- Strengthen relationships with strategic stakeholders
- Assess requirements to meet project timelines
- Support collaboration and partnerships
Essential Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 6-7 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in all phases of project management
- Skilled in requirements gathering and scope management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiar with project documentation best practices
- Experienced with project management tools
- Excellent vendor management skills
Assets (Nonessential) :
- Knowledge of U of T and higher education
- Familiarity with educational software tools
- Experience in procurement management
- PMP, CAPM, or similar designation (in progress or completed)
