Ourclient in the insurance industry is seeking an experiencedprofessional to manage a global real estate portfolio. This 12monthcontract involves developing real estate strategies optimizingworkplace solutions and providing strategic leadership forcorporate real estate initiatives across 400 locationsworldwide.
Whatis in it foryou :
Hourly salary of $59.00 to $67.04 based onexperience.
12month contract withpotential for extension until October2025.
Fulltime position : 37.50hours per week.
Weekday schedulefrom 9am to 5pm with flexibility to work 8 : 30am to 4 : 30pm or 8am to4pm based on candidatepreference.
Hybrid work : 3 officedays from Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsibilities :
Develop and oversee the global real estate strategy ensuring costefficiency sustainability and alignment with longterm businessobjectives.
Lead workplacestrategy initiatives to optimize office space and drive engagementand productivity.
Manage theglobal real estate portfolio to maximize efficiency and minimizeexpenses.
Collaborate withCorporate Real Estate (CRE) stakeholders to develop and implement aroadmap for the company s real estate footprint that aligns withworkforce and business strategiesglobally.
Stay informed about thelatest industry trends in CRE through events publications andseminars recommending best practices for the company sportfolio.
Provide financialanalysis and thought leadership to support business unitdecisionmaking.
Prepare businesscases and related documents for leadership approval ensuringcompliance with internal approval and procurementpractices.
Serve as the mainpoint of contact for reporting on capital projects key performanceindicators (KPIs) and other portfoliometrics.
Manage or supportvarious CRE and enterprise initiatives working closely withregional leadership teams and property management across differenttimezones.
Whatyou will need tosucceed :
MBA or equivalent advanced degree (anasset).
7 years of experience inreal estate strategy with increasingresponsibility.
Strong backgroundin real estate analytics particularly portfolio and workplacestrategy.
Proven experience withfinancial analysis project financials and budgetmanagement.
Project managementexperience with a track record of leading crossfunctional projectsacross teams and time zones.
Indepth knowledge of corporate real estate trends and workplacestrategies.
Advanced skills indeveloping spreadsheets presentations and reports for variousstakeholders.
Excellentcommunication presentation and organizationalskills.
Ability to workindependently and engage effectively with globalteams.
