Client Overview : We are hiring for a client in the technologyindustry.
Role Summary : As aConstruction Safety Manager you will be the clients safetyrepresentative on site ensuring compliance with safety regulationsand overseeing the general contractors implementation of theapproved safetyprogram.
4.What are the keyresponsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for implementing EHS programs at aspecific datacenter site.
Beaccountable for EHS performance metrics and implement improvementplans.
Conduct periodicinspections audits and reviews of safe workpractices.
Conduct workplacerisk / exposure assessments for varioushazards.
Support incidentinvestigations and root causeanalysis.
Deliver regulatorytraining programs to meet EHSrequirements.
Embody the companysculture andvalues.
5.What experience are we looking for to drivesuccess
MUSTHave Skills andQualifications :
10 years ofexperience in the safetyindustry.
5 years of experiencein construction.
2 years ofexperience in data center construction(ideally).
Experience overseeinggeneral contractors and reportingincidents.
Fluent inEnglish.
Comfortable workingonsite in a data center constructionenvironment.
Preferred Skills andQualifications :
Excellent skillsin analysis planning organization direction andcontrol.
Ability to understandnuances of communicating with local unionized constructionlaborers.
