Description

Duties and Responsibilities

Accounts / Client Relationship

  • Acts as the key point of contact for owned client relationships and have a strong understanding of their brand and market sector.
  • Strategically plan and manage your client portfolio, leveraging resources from the strategy, media and analytics teams when required to add value to the relationship.
  • Looks for opportunities to cross-sell / up-sell Noise services to increase revenue streams for the business and seeks opportunities to strengthen our relationship with clients.
  • Receives, qualifies, and responds to client briefs, developing approach plans, cost estimates and Scopes of Work.
  • Maintains and builds the client relationship, establishing trust and respect with client partners.
  • Champions the client to internal teams, and Noise to client teams.
  • Documents all client and partner agency interactions and records all information needed to manage client relationships.
  • Coordinates and leads status meetings with clients and agency partners during projects and communicates progress and deadlines to clients on a regular basis.
  • Present work to client throughout the delivery process and articulate rationale and strategy against the goals set out.
  • Anticipates client issues before they arise and communicates solutions that address or escalate issues.
  • Resolves client and partner agency execution questions / problems
  • Drives development of and assists in executing account plans.
  • Contributes insights into current strategy, media plans, and consumer and channel trends to agency and clients.
  • Champions the quality and accuracy of all agency outputs to client by reviewing and auditing major client deliverables, checking for brand consistency and overall quality.
  • Continuously engages the client and stakeholders to ensure Noise is delivering the value expected of each engagement.

Project Management

  • Performs risk analysis, develop contingency plans and gather data from teams to proactively raise prioritization and scheduling trade-off decisions.
  • Works with internal teams to manage deliverables through each stage of work.
  • Collaborates with all internal departments on key projects and processes.
  • Creates and maintains project schedules, internal and external status reports, risk and issue logs.
  • Create, manage and own the project folder structure, as well as all project documentation.
  • Support the client services team to continually improve and document processes.
  • Forecasts project resource requirements.
  • Manages internal communication of project deliverables and status.
  • Cultivates positive habits with team members to improve communication and ownership.
  • Tracks and reports project burn-rate, % complete and perceived complete reports.

Finance / Administration

  • Posts all major expenses to be reimbursed by Noise to Intacct.
  • Populates and maintains BCR sheet for GAD.
  • Ensuring client budgets and forecasting is updated on a weekly basis.
  • Enters all project hours into the appropriate docket timesheet, including notes and ensures timesheets are submitted by end-of-day Friday.
  • Strong business acumen, able to spot ways in which to increase efficiency and profitability.
