Job Description
Altis Technology is actively seeking an IT Project Manager to support our Health Sector. Our client is committed to improving health outcomes through technology and are looking for a skilled IT Project Manager to lead our strategic projects and champion change in an ever-evolving environment. Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage strategic IT projects from conception to completion.
- Champion change and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Implement program planning principles, design development processes, and operational readiness.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders.
- Manage client relationships and expectations effectively.
- Facilitate and lead change initiatives, proposing process improvements and value-added initiatives.
- Chair and facilitate meetings with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective project progress.
Qualifications :
- Education : 4-year Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or in a health-related field.
- Experience : Minimum five (5) years' experience in project management in IT. Minimum two (2) years' leadership experience.
- Skills : Strong experience managing strategic projects. Ability to champion change and adapt to a changing environment.
Understanding of program planning principles, design development processes, and operational readiness principles. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to chair and facilitate stakeholder meetings.
