POSITION DESCRIPTION : We are currently looking for acustomer service coordinator for our building located in Laval. We have the opportunity waiting for you!ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES : Carry out housing inspections upon tenant departureClosely monitor rent collectionCoordinate arrivals and departures of tenantsCoordinate lease assignments as well as internal transfersCreate physical files and enter data into the internal management system (Hopem)Hand over keys and access chips when new tenants arriveIssue rental activity reports and proceed with renewal requests, if necessaryManage the schedule of tenant meetings and elevator reservationsPerform business development and develop new marketing strategies with management approvalRespond to current customers on pricing and lease terms Administration Provide a high level of customer serviceInteract with clients, suppliers and residentsPerform other related dutiesProduce required reportsSupport the general manager in his dutiesTranscribe correspondenceUpdate different administrative forms and documents EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS : Minimum experience in a coordinator position in the real estate fieldGood knowledge of the Hopem management system (an asset)Bilingualism is an assetGood knowledge of the sector BENEFITS : Salary to be discussedCellular providedPossibility of advancementGroup insuranceFloating days offSocial leaveEmployee Assistance ProgramVacationSchedule adapted to your needs and operations (flexible)Welcome and integration ProgramA welcoming and tight-knit team!
