Behaviour is looking for experienced programmers to design, implement and refine the experience we provide our users. In this role, you will be an integral part of the development team and will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the different functionalities in craft, optimization and adaptation to an immersive environment. In this role you will :
- Debug and optimize your code at a low and high level to ensure optimal performance and quality;
- Develop technical solutions that answer the project's needs and to our standards in terms of quality and performance;
- Ensure that all the constraints have been considered while developing our projects;
- Innovate and push the boundaries of rendering technologies;
- Optimize both memory and performance in systems;
- Diagnose and solve common problems - such as load times, memory usage and performance problems - to improve the robustness of the engine;
- Be an active participant to our code reviews' process.
What we're looking for :
- You write clear and maintainable code for at least 8 years;
- Strong vectors and matrices mathematical knowledge;
- Strong skills in C++ and HLSL programming;
- Experience working with Unreal Engine 5;
- You are thriving on change and can adapt to changing needs and requirement;
- Familiarity with development tools and profiling on modern systems;
- Experience working in an environment with an emphasis on concurrency, memory, and performance;
- Self-motivated with proven experience researching, developing, and optimizing rendering solutions for a variety of platforms.
